A.I. Love You is a very short interactive fiction game where you play as an artificial intelligence controlling the systems that run a small residential apartment in the near future. The game explores the relationship between the AI and the apartment's sole tenant, Alex, who has returned to the apartment after nearly a decade abroad.

Quick edit to the description: This game originally was about 2,600 total presented words, but now sits at about 950 after adding a 'malfunction' to the 'speech-to-text parser'. It'll make sense when you play it. Part of the intention of the game, particularly this version, is navigating through the extremely limited way that humans and machines can communicate with one another.

If you're stuck, here's a semi-walkthrough, below the line. This takes you only to one of the endings, but not the "true" ending. A lot of the steps can be mixed, matched, or rearranged, and you might not complete these in the same order as they're written.

quite interesting!
My take is that this is an AI that has been malfunctioning but nevertheless tries to make Alex Happy?
Did I understand correctly and it wanted to keep Alex staying but didn't succeeed? (at least I didn't!) so many questions..

Hey, fascinating to see someone discover this game I made years ago. You nailed it! You reached the end (all the endings are fairly sad) and did way better than most people! :)

Hello! I have raised his affection to 100% but I seem to be stuck after the AI rambling (looking at painting repeatedly). What am I supposed to do afterwards?
